ReplyDeleteGood details regarding the scanner problem. Although scanner issues most of the times does not effect printing but it does effect copy. I know people working in hp service center and they say that apart from scanner glass other issues are not that costly. Thanks for the post.

I being an employee in hp service center chennai location have seen and solved these kind of issues on a daily basis.
